It was NOT good. I do not have very good English, and I asked for a team member who could speak Japanese or Spanish, my two home languages. I was directed to a team member whose name I do not remember. She was flirting with me, and not doing very well on my hair. I asked her to please focus and she continued to talk. She asked if I was single and I said no, for I have a wife and 6 kids. She then proceeded to be rude to me. She made fun of my accent and asked if I wanted to look like a sasquatch because I was looking like one! I wanted to ask for another hai9rdresser but realized she was the only one who spoke Spanish. I sat and waited through all the insults. Finally, she finished my hair and said, 'Here you go you b****' Disgusted I left. The other people there seemed nice, it was just that one hairdresser. Also, the other day I was scrolling through Instagram and I saw a picture of her. I went to her account and looked through all her posts. They were all very racist. I'd come back if she wasn't there. I just don't feel right being around that woman.

Been twice, first time was awesome! Second time was quit the opposite! Needed a haircut for my daughter’s college graduation tomorrow, so I didn’t have to wear my cap, looks like l will be wearing my cap after all! Guess I should’ve requested same hairstylist from first visit!
